"Unfortunately I did not have a good experience, I requested that they do some ash blonde highlights and my hair turned out in orange, yellow tones, totally different from what I expected as a result. I also requested waxing of my eyebrows, leaving one noticeably shorter than the other. Very dissatisfied with the requested result."

I have biracial curly hair and got the most awful haircut somewhere else and I came to her to get it fixed and I can tell y’all I will never go to anyone else! She really listened to me about my hair and how I would like the outcome to be and only cut a little bit at a time until I was comfortable with the length.
