"I usually see Nikki but she wasn’t in today. Had a new person. I am extremely disappointed. Nails are shorter on my left hand and way too thick. Not the color I wanted at all extremely horrible with a simple design. If Nikki isn’t there from now on I will have to find someplace else to have my nails done. This woman argued with me about the color and then charged me 70.00. If I hadn’t spent all that money I would take them off and go someplace else to have a new set put on."

"If I could give zero stars I would. They are so bias. The owner along with most of her staff look at who is coming in before they decide if you're worthy of a greeting. All people are not treated equally. Yes, they want all money but the treatment is far different. After having the Gel nails for over a year most recently having my power dip set removed, I got a regular polish so that I could allow my nails to breathe and heal. Well the very next day the polish began to peel and looked horrible. My son told me that my nails look bad and he's 14. I called them Monday as my belief was that they were closed on Sunday (she lied and said they were not during our dispute)....either way, even after seeing my nails, she refused to refresh my paint. She stated if it was gel she would. However over the phone she told me to come in and she would fix them. Now I remember why I stopped going there the first time. I will NEVER give them another dollar. The worst part of this situation is they tried to overcharge me AGAIN. They said my bill was $78 for a regular pedicure and a fingernail polish. When I questioned the price the owner (who sits in the very 1st seat) tried to loud talk me. I have a very low voice. She made a scene because they got caught trying to over charge me. It's not the first time either....3 weeks prior my bill was $110. Watch your bill and if you know best I'd look else where."

"If I could rate 0 stars I would. Before I got my nails done I told her the last time I was here she did my nails and 3 broke in the first week of me having them done. I don’t do any rough work to where my nails should be broken. One broke in my sleep. I asked if it’s possible for free repair and she did not say no. She didn’t make it clear that it was a yes either, but kept changing the subject. The lady was also so rude to me. She was speaking rudely to me because I didn’t know what color I wanted yet when she wasn’t even ready to paint them I was still deciding. She was saying I don’t do designs and I told her I don’t want a design I’m just deciding between a couple colors. She hurt my fingers multiple times including when she was ripping off my broken nails. They were still fresh and didn’t want to come off easily. After several tries and me telling her it hurt really bad she decided to wrap them in foil with remover. I had to tell her to fix multiple nail shapings due to them being done poorly. She should know how to do her job properly. I went to pay and she charged me $45 for the broken nails despite me asking her to take them off again at the register due to it not being an error of my own. One I would understand but 3 breaks in a week is not normal. I left and my nails still do not look good and I paid full price. There is also nail polish on my hands. Will not be returning. update: it’s been a week and the gel nail polish is starting to chip."
