"Since my stylist retired a couple years ago, I have had nothing but mediocre at best hair cuts, no matter the price. Gave up and went to Great Clips today where Sarah Jane gave me a GREAT Haircut! She listened to what I wanted and that's exactly what I received! My hair was also cut the right way. I will be back to see here for my next cut!"
"Bad haircuts happen. But when you call in advance to have them fix the problem and then send you away I'll tell you to come back an hour later and still can't see you to fix that service they provided that is a problem. That's how I was treated today and then I was told that I was rude instead of being apologetic it's saying sorry for wasting my time and having to return to a place that gave me a poor service. I've had previous good experiences that other great clips however this is not one of them. My family and I will not be returning."
