"Pharmacy takes an insane amount of time- every time. It doesn’t matter what time of day it is, expect to spend 30 minutes to an hour- every time. Even if you refilled ahead of time and are just picking up an order. I have no idea why there is such a disconnect and so poorly managed."

"I've been trying to call for two weeks to cancel a script that is on auto refill as the patient is dead. They leave you in the IVR hold and if it does pickup it immediately transfers to another kind of hold. Have fun reshelving that Rx every month and getting ignored when you spam text to pickup. I just read the reviews and it is insane that this has been an ongoing issue for years according to others."
