"First time great, second time with the girl with then orange hair not so good went back today and will be my last the same girl but green hair now, I told them I didn’t want her, but got her anyway, AWFUL job, there won’t be a fourth time!"

"Worse pedicure & manicure which I have gotten. Nails were cut too short, uneven with some nails slanted, touch to check dryness and smudged 2 nails. Not to mention the long time waiting and long time soaking, also the person was watching something on their phone while providing a service. I treated myself to a pedicure & manicure with my hard earned money paid for a service & tip ($65) and nearly 2 hours of my time for a job poorly done. Will not return."

"Upon arrival 3 ppl were outside smoking, no problem. I go in to get a french tip, dipped nails. One of the smokers comes in to do my nails without trying to wash his hands! Then he takes off my existing gel and has me put my hands in warm acetone and goes outside to smoke again. No, give me someone else. She takes off the remaining and starts cleanup all the while speaking in her native language and laughing, then hands me off to a 3rd person who is watching his phone while also trying to do my nails very slowly. All of this for my dip to start chipping the next day. While he was doing my nails another patron came in asked for the female who was in the back and they said oh she doesn't work here anymore and gave her no options to sit with someone else. I was visiting from Houston and not accustomed to such bad service and craftsmanship."

"I have been here a few times now and have been very impressed. I have made this my new nail place! Everyone is always so nice and welcoming. I do suggest making an appointment, they can get pretty busy. I don't have pictures from each time I went but these were my favorites....the white and blue is already a week old in the Pic."

"I have been getting my nails done here for about 2 months, when the woman has done them they look great and seem to last; about 10 days ago I had gotten a new set and within 8 days I had already had 2 fixed (chipped off) and I decided to just get a fill even tho it hadn’t even been 2 weeks, this set was done by one of the men and it was an awful experience. He was kind enough but did a poor job, they look as if they have been growing out for 7-10 days and I was charged $40 for a FILL!!! The paint has chipped, the nails themselves have also chipped and I am very displeased. I am going to try and give it them a chance to make it right and if they do I will update my review accordingly."
