"I had a premium detail done and my back row cupholders weren't cleaned. There were spots in the trunk that weren't swept. They didn't put the floor mats back in place and threw them in the trunk. The seat tracks were also not cleaned on both front seats. I will be going elsewhere next time."

"Fast Eddie's does an excellent job cleaning out the inside of your vehicle. The cost is about $20 dollars for the interior clean. They also will Armoral the seats for an additional fee. Always check out their websight for a coupon for 2-4 dollars off. The car wash is pretty good if your car is not too dirty. I have had to take the car through the wash for a second time several times."

"I have loved Fast Eddie's for exterior and interior wash for many many years. I have gone to them for probably at least 20-25 years because I love to get the inside swept and cleaned. I went today and ended up splurging on the exterior wash to include the wax, but I didn't see any difference between that and the regular wash I usually get. Then I went to get the interior cleaned and was extremely disappointed! First, let me say the guys were extremely nice and polite. However, the job they did cleaning the inside of my van was pitiful. The sweeping was good, but there were smudges all over the inside of my windshield and dust still all over my dash, around my steering wheel, and dirt and dust around my cup holders. One of the guys noticed me looking at the windshield and rubbing it to see if it was on the inside or outside and asked if there was a problem. I told him there was still a smudge on the windshield so he came and got in the passenger seat to clean that. He had to wipe it three or four times then went outside thinking it was on the outside of the windshield and wiped it then came back inside to get the rest of it. The pictures show the dust around my steering wheel and dust and dirt around my cup holders. I took a wet wipe to the areas when I got home and was able to wipe it all off. Maybe I am out of touch with current prices because it has been a while since I've gone, but $20 for the interior seemed like a lot especially when the job was only maybe half done. Very disappointed since I have supported this place for over half my life."

"I went to Fast Eddies on 12/3/2023. This was my first time coming here as I was recommended this place by a family member as well as a friend of mine. I went in for a Deluxe Oil Change which comes with Lucas Oil, a car wash, and interior clean. The first part of this nightmare was that the guy who asked me what I wanted did not put Lucas Oil in my car, when I questioned it, they did fix it so figured it just an honest mistake. I go around to the car wash, it went fine. I go around to the interior clean section, get out of the car and waited for them to clean out my car. After my car was done, I immediately noticed that my center piece to my car was broke. I brought this to their attention. At first, they acted "confused" on how this happened but then the girl who cleaned the car admitted that it broke when she started to clean it. They filled out an incident report and said to give them a few days to find the part. No problem, I understand that. However, it has been a month and they still have not reached out to me in any way shape or form to make this right. I called back this morning and the manager claimed that I had a 44 oz cup that broke it (which I did not). I reminded him that the girl admitted to breaking it and he claimed that the girl never said that. This place needs better staff! I will NEVER go back there again!"
