"I wouldn't take my car there for tires. My son did and it was a nightmare. On top of that the tires he had mounted, new tires, on new wheels, need balanced again as they did a poor job. Walmart may be convenient if you're already shopping there but take your car to Discount Tire. They already fixed one mistake Walmart made."
"Service is incredibly slow. You wait way too long just to talk to somebody and see how long an oil change is going to take (which usually ends up being a few hours). The staff usually seems overwhelmed. The person at the front counter is doing way too much. I would suggest more employees for this department. I would also suggest having a reservation system. That way a customer could schedule it and drop it off at the appropriate time and pick it up at the estimated completion time. I think that would be much more efficient and customers would spend less time waiting."
