"When I go to my usual store, the service is as always good and friendly people. But, last time I visited, they were completely out of several things, making me have to go to a different store."

"Kind of an awkward experience. Staff was polite and greeted me upon entering store. I was looking for exhaust hardware for my Bahama vip 150cc. I browsed a couple aisles and grabbed some Loctite thread locker before finding the section with exhaust hardware. I pulled my phone out to look up the size of the hardware for my bike. I decided to walk up to the counter and ask. The man with a white polo and goatee, immediately said "No" (advanced auto at least put the make and model of my Kymco when I needed a part) He then stated they would only have fuel filters and oil. I walked back and put back the hardware and then put back the Loctite before asking someone else. He was polite and stated they did not have what I was looking for and then offered a suggestion of where I might find it. (what first guy should've done- customer service 101. SIDE NOTE: It's 35 degrees or so and I do have on a hoodie, rain coat and my backpack(straps are pulled as tight as they go and I never took it off), gloves and neck gaiter in my hand, as well. I never walked over to the additives section (fuel system cleaners, engine treatments, etc .) As I'm leaving after speaking with second employee - white polo man is holding the door open for me. I said "Thank you, man. Have a good night." and he had that look that he wasn't listening and thinking about what he was going to say. He then said "Do you use Lucas in that?" I said "Yeah" ( at this moment, I was really confused as to why he was asking me that) He said "You do?" I said "yeah, fuel injector cleaner?" ( I do use it but still wasn't putting it all together) He said " Really? You do?" I said "Yeah man, I do" He said " I didn't see it in your backpack when you came in." Then I remembered I had half a bottle in the pocket on the side of my backpack. ( So just the stem was sticking out) I said " yeah, man. Check it if you'd like." And sure enough.. He pulled out the half empty bottle and said "You're good" Yeah I know I'm good man and it's pretty frustrating to that I chose to walk into AutoZone and not any other competitor and just because I have a backpack he felt the need to indirectly accuse me of stealing. That was his focus rather than being more helpful and less I'm ready to go home and the vibe of- really? you came here for a scooter part. Advanced Auto or O'Reilly's from now on."
