"I ordered online at 1 location 7, and it said the parts were available at that location so I never received any notification about it being don't so 24hrs later I go there and they said they don't have the parts in stock to they refunded my the money then they called another store and they had the parts. I had to repay for the parts but we know how refunds work. I didn't have enough free cash do I had to get into the money I was saving up to change my tire on my motorcycle to pay for the parts I need to fix my car chances of me coming back are 0%"

I can get a battery all over town but the employees here are always very helpful and that matters. Business is not just products, business is people."

"I was in this store to make a purchase of a product that was stated to be available at this location on the website. I was approached by an aggressive and hostile employee who did not check any stock or what my product was before raising his voice and yelling at me that they did not carry the product. I made an attempt through the official customer service channels to have a conversation regarding this indecent, only to be put off for almost 3 weeks while receiving the same automated email responses telling me I would hear from someone in 24-48 business hours. When I would respond after the stated time had passed, I would get the same email statement with a different name attached. I initially thought this to be the case of an individual employee issue, but it seems to be an issue with Autozone in general and how they handle their customers."
