"Treated my senior mom like she was worthless. Claimed their prices were the lowest. I just got her in another salon for $16 less then they were charging. Guy was rude and a girl worker smirked at my mom.The lady checking people in did not know prices also rude. I do not appreciate the rude behavior from these workers. Manager, Kitty, had the audacity to call me and stood up for her worker that smirked. This is complete uncalled for.Also, on another occasion my mother wanted lavender hair and her sides weren't all the way covered. I did a better job myself on her hair."
