"I came here a few days ago to get my hair colored. THE OWNER did my hair. I was a platinum blonde going to a medium brown. It looks terrible. You can see where my roots were from before and the color is already coming out. Will not be coming here again. Not to mention they have very limited variety of hair colors. I spent over 120 dollars on this and it looks like i never had it done. You can see the blonde i had from before. I did not use heat on it and only washed it once. I CANT IMAGINE what its going to look like after a month. I will now have to go and spend an additional 120 to get this fixed. I really wish i could get the money back. I am so unhappy with my hair i wish i could give negative stars."
