Star Nails

"I have been going to Star Nails for a very long time. My nails always look amazing. Jordan and Lily do a great job.They are very friendly, take their time and listen to what I want done."

"The nails looks great. That's the only nice thing I can say. The tech convinced me to get dipped which is great, but none of the other techs in the whole shop knew how to do it. I'm loyal to the shop not to the tech but now I was stuck waiting for this specific tech everytime I went in. I was told I couldn't get acrylics if I've been getting dipped. This tech complained about the shape I chose and the color almost everytime I went in. The colors I chose were light so a third coat was needed. She was always upset about that. Coffin and almond shape made her roll her eyes and comment how they were a pain to do. I had my nails done on vacation once and got an acrylic fill even though she said it couldn't be done. They turned out just fine with no problems. I went to do my nails again and said I wanted acrylic fill and she said, no because I have dipped. I told her I went and got my nails done on vacation and she was furious I got them done somewhere else. She literally said, "you aren't a loyal customer". I laughed and said I was on vacation and had a spa day, sorry I went on vacation and had my nails done. She got really mad when I said to give me a regular fill, now I can go to any of the techs here. That was the last time I got my nails done there."

"I called Monday morning to make an appointment for that afternoon and I got right in. I took in a picture of what I wanted and Kim nailed it. Very clean friendly experience I was able to chat with them and clearly understand what they were saying not like some other salons or they’re speaking a different language to each other and you feel like they’re talking about you. I will definitely be back there again."
