"I had to ask several time for her to file my nail on my side as it was way off. I even told her she didn’t do it and the last place did. She finally says later jerks my hand and starts talking in their language. So when she was about done I’m like can you straighten she huffed and filed for 2 seconds. I just got a gel polish. You can see by the pics the painting is awful and the nails are bubbly"

"So today I went here for a manicure and was extremely disappointed. The lady who did my nails was nice but I could tell was rushing through my manicure. She not only once but twice nicked my fingers with the mini drill. And I was bleeding a small amount. I have never once been nervous getting my nails done. I will probably never go back there. I have been a customer there now for 7 years and it is sad to think that the amount of money you bring in matters more than the quality of service!!!"

"Overall, super nice place, sweet staff. The lady who did my pedicure cut my cuticle on my big toe. I said ow ow ow, she stopped for a second, said sorry and continued. I had to sop her because I was bleeding everywhere. She seemed sorry, but didn’t really speak English so I couldn’t understand what she was saying. Then she cut off the corner of my big toe, toenail. So the left side looks great, but my right big toe has a right angle cut on the side, and a good sized triangle shape of nail is missing on the top right side of my big toe. She ended up clipping the left side as well to match I think one of the women there was the owner, and I really should have talked to her, but I didn’t. I was there taking my bestie and her daughter in law for some pampering before the DIL’s baby shower. We were running behind schedule so I let it go. I also didn’t want to ruin their experience. (Their toes and hands looked great) they really enjoyed the time there. Anyway, I guess it’s hit or miss here. I went a week ago and this is what it looks like now"

"Save your breath and money. The last couple of times have been a real struggle with this salon. Yesterday was it! 3 different ladies attempted to shape my nails. The "fill" was actually worse than the grow-out I walked in with. Jagged edges uneven acrylic, spots of old polish left. After 2 1/2 hours, I told her the original lady to just polish them so I could leave. No apologies. Just attitude, like I was asking too much."
