"As soon as I check in the room there was rag on top of the shower rack and shower curtain was dirty , the black manager that works there after hearing what I said just up and said you won’t get refund and didn’t even want give me shower curtain either and he was very disrespectful. I checked out too not be falsely accuse of nothing I was very upset because my dad had stroke and his home was getting renovated I was just trying find place to lay my haead for few days and it bunch of werid people that check into few of the rooms there"

"The manager went out of his way to accommodate my mother and I the entire time I was there. Not just him, but his stay as well. Ms. Hayleigh and Ms. Donnie always had a smile, warm conversation, and went out of their way to help any way they could . Thank you guys for making our stay comfortable, easy and pleasant!!"

"Do not rent here. Don't waste your time. We just looked at the rooms. They are infested with roaches. Signs of rats. Rooms are runned down. Needs to be torn down . Place stinks . Not safe. The pool is green not maintained the doors are broken toilet won't flush. I d live in a tent .before I stayed here worse than a nightmare.Those pictures are lies. Trust me . I thought wow what a nice place. Nope what a lie. Beds and carpets are stained cabinets falling down . There is mold inside the rooms. Horrible . Don't go there !! So bad I had to go back to motel 6 take a shower.If you ever walked into an abandoned run down shack. This place is worse than that. I pray I didn't catch something from the rooms. Place doesn't deserve not one star.its death trap!!! I can't stress enough as to how horrible this place is. ⚠️ Warning ⚠️ STAY AWAY!!!"

"most unprofessional place there could be to be honest… before all the new owners this place was amazing. New Owners aren’t worried about you or helping you only money. We paid even though I’ll admit days got tough we made sure to let them know and bring them whatever we had made that day wether it be $60-100 and we did that, and one day they just tried kicking us out after we paid 62.50 one day $100 , just that other day, and kept saying it until making them check there own system. The roaches are beyond bad in that place, they come and “spray it” and they don’t really spray.. roaches are beyond horrible. no matter how much you clean and more. customer service may seem great but it’s all HOAX to get you to stay there then after it’s $650 for 2 weeks is beyond insane, it was $500 something add deposit forgot the deposit, after that day with the deposit it was $475 prices haven’t outraged at this place beyond. We paid $340-375 one day and only got 5 days they got out on us that day, we should’ve got a week and like 2/3 days a week is only 200 something. didn’t happen. That’s my opinion."

"Great place to stay. Need a short term spot while looking for an apartment in the area - was welcomed by Jason and his staff. Jason is willing to take the time out of his day to take care of the guests and make sure the facility is clean and up to standards. He often works after hours to take care of emergency needs for the guests and goes above and beyond. We need more people like Jason in this world! Thank you Jason!!!"
