"Do not rent c10 or c11. David and Allison Deschamp are liars and thieves. They told both of their tenants they were keeping their security deposit to cover their personal finances. They threaten to take you to court because you are legally required to cover their losses until they find a tenant even though these are weekly rentals. We are having to file a lawsuit to recover our deposit. Every other owner out there is better and follows the law so contact the property manager and find a different unit to rent. These are the greediest and unintelligent people who blatantly break the law and would not fix our shower for 6 months. BEWARE"

"It’s absolutely beautiful here. The management is amazing Mrs. Angela and Mrs. Charlene took care of us and got us in. Really clean and quit here. I’m truly blessed to have experienced such great service. It’s not every day you get good customer service. So if you’re look for long term or even just visiting for a short period of time and want more space than a hotel room this is definitely the spot to be."

"We booked a three night stay and it was fabulous. It was nice and clean on arrival. We were able to cook and have the convince of being at home. The kids enjoyed the pool and we weren’t that far from Biloxi, which is where we spent our days! So, if you’re wanting to book an affordable vacation and still be in a clean and nice environment, I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!!"

"I booked a single room in early February, got rate and total quote. Fill out the paperwork they sent me and everything was good. About week later, Kayla of the property asked if I could send them $100, make sure my reservation will stay good.??? A week after that, she asked where was my $100, like as if owed it to them. I need my room, because I'll be working in town. Sent the $100, then she asked if I wanted "A PLANE ROOM or A NICE ROOM"??? Asked what was the difference, she said go to the website. The realtor Dronet stated that some rooms have new paint??? I suppose the other rooms are ugly??? I was never told about plane or nice rooms during initial reservation. The price total of my original reservation was changed to more money, if I wanted to keep my reservation, even after I sent $100. Drone stated it normal to ask for a deposit. Ok why wasn't I asked to send the money in the beginning. The lady Kayla asked " if I could send them $100 not that it was a requirement. Apparently Dronet and the rental office have different rental guide lines. And if they tell you have a reservation, that might not be TRUE."

"If you decide to stay there for a long period of time I suggest you do a walk through with them before you move in and make a list of what's in there. I was accused of stealing a TV because they seen me take my own TV out of there. And then was threatened they were going to press charges on me. And in the end I could not take one of my TVs with me and left it there for them along with two bars tools, a toaster, towels and a dish strainer. I AM NOT A THIEF AND WILL NOT BE CALLED ONE. Very very upset about the text message I received from there. So just be aware if you stay there for weeks at a time."
