"Our property was listed with Francis Grimes. We had problems getting her to even list it right. She would put wrong price, wrong acreage, etc. She took 3 pictures and never updated anything. Now I check and our property isn't listed at all on Coldwell Banker and on Realtor.com, it says it's "off the market". With Grimes and Coldwell Banker, it never really was on the market! I would avoid these guys if possible and go with someone that will give you your money's worth. We're not even sure how long this has been the case, we assumed Ms. Grimes was doing her job, but shouldn't have assumed!"
