"I can't give zero stars which is more accurate. I set up a payment plan through the website to only get a monthly FINAL NOTICE letter threatening to send me to collections even though THEY are the ones automatically collecting payment from me every month. And then their billing department just reads off a script and doesn't help you understand the final notice letters. Lied about sending me to a supervisor too. "Jane" also refused to give me their "third party" company name."

"Their pathology performance may be great but their billing is a nightmare. Received a final notice that I was being turned over to a collection agency when the bill was paid two months prior. They admitted they were having issues - then fix the issues and apologize for your errors. I have been trying to get a itemized statement for 4 months so I can file a claim with my cancer insurance. Nothing appears but when I call they say I will get it in 24-48 hours. Last call asked for a supervisor and was told they were all busy and someone would call me back - 1 month and no call back."

"I don’t know how this place hasn’t been reported to the BBB yet. I received a call from a collections agency that this lab had turned my bill over to. They had the wrong address and had been sending my bill there. WHY CAN YOU NOT USE THE PHONE? My job requires me to keep my credit score in good standing so I always pay my bills on time. Cunningham Pathology is too lazy to pick up the phone and call about an outstanding bill. I got in touch with the billing department. The dispatcher said he could pull it from collections (not sure how that’s even possible) and would send me a new bill to my address. He even said he’s received numerous calls with the same complaint! DO BETTER CUNNINGHAM."

"My doctor's appointment was June 29, 2020. I received an email notification my claim was processed from a health insurance company of which I'm no longer an active member on July 23, 2020. I contacted my former health insurance company and attempted contacting Cunningham Pathology to update my information and request a billing invoice. It's September 10, 2020 and I've called this business several times since July and have not received an invoice by mail to pay my bill online. UPDATE: I finally received my invoice September 12, 2020 and was able to log onto the site and pay my bill almost two months later."

"I NEVER received a bill from Cunningham Pathology, but received a phone call today from a collection agency stating they sent me to collections in February. After calling Cunningham's billing department they admitted the mail was returned to them several times, but never contacted the doctor's office that hired them nor myself to get the correct address. The collection agency also confirmed they have the incorrect address. Why wouldn't you contact the doctors office that hired you or call me to verify the address before sending it to collections? RIDICULOUS!!!!"
