"Foreigners start businesses in the U.S. and are not held to the same statues as citizens. This establishment does not follow safety guidelines & is using mountains of $1 hair glue to attach eyelashes. I received my first stye ever after visiting this place for individual lashes. I wonder how many peoples vision has been affected from here that don't realize it. The health department needs to pay them a visit ASAP! Update: They’ve taken note of the reviews & changed their DBA name to “EM Lash” while adding a waiver to remove them of any health liabilities. Enter at your own risk."

"The lady who did my facial was rough and lightly smacked my face every time she’d start a massage or add creams. And there was a young girl in the room talking with the “Esthetician” during the entire service. So annoying. Never again. This whole Walmart is terrible."

"I have been to a few Sevas . My favorite is Merrillville. I was short on time the day I visited Hammond. ANOTHER bad experience and I will not return. The lady did not sanitize her hands before she touched my face and had on the same gloves she was passing out flyers with. . My eyebrows turned out horrible. I have thick easy to arch eyebrows. Now they are thin as ever and look like rainbows. I Have to let them grow back for months before they are corrected HANDS down the worst threading I have ever received."

"Had my eye lashes done for the first time here and my left eye was hurting. I tried to give it time but had to come back to have them removed. The lady had on the same gloves and was touching everything! The drawers, screen, each person and then she came to remove my lashes with the same dirty gloves she had on. I was worried at this point because that is nasty! Also my eye brows were so thin but the worst part was the lashes and the fact that they dont change gloves. I see now why it's so affordable to get so much done. The manager was nice she tried to get me to come back but NO WAY. I dont want infections."
