"I’ve been going to the shop for a while but I was just placed on the “do not service” list because the guy (a new guy) that did my nails didn’t allow my paint to dry all the way before he added another coat so when I got home the paint immediately chipped off. I went back and asked them to fix it but instead of fixing it, the receptionist offered me my money back and told me to enjoy the rest of my day. I didn’t get loud, irate, or disrespectful. I even told them I didn’t want my money back I just wanted it fixed, so for them to do that especially without notice seems a little unprofessional to me!!!"
"Sat down at 1030, left at 1025. Had my hands in acetone for most of the time. 10-15 minutes was probably the only time my nails were actually being removed. I had a full set on. Was looking to get my previous full set removed, with a manicure with nail art on my natural nail. After 30 minutes straight of soaking my nails in acetone, the unwelcoming demeanor of a female employee, I decided I just wanted to leave. Congrats to those that had a nice experience here. Not for me. First time trying it, only time giving it a chance. I didn't have a chance to fit in my regular shop, so I came here. Mistake."

"It’s always such a peaceful time when I get my pedicure & have a glass of wine at LUXX. The environment is normally so calming and professional. I’ve been going to Ryan for a few years & he NEVER misses with my nails! Hands down my favorite nail tech!"
