Pro nails

"The slowest shop ever. The stations are not clean. You place you hands on station and can feel the grit and powder of last customer. Knowone speaks clear English. I came in at 1215 I left at 215. It wasn’t that many people waiting. I keep hoping this business improves. I’ve come several times over the years / it still is the same. My hope is the improve the cleanliness of the stations."

"Came here once before and had a decent experience. I liked the nails & the shape price was a ehh but Tim did a good job so I didn’t mind. My second experience however was completely different. Went to the same guy I asked him how much a fill was and it was almost the same price I paid originally, I said okay it is what is. I noticed that he wasn’t taking as much care in beginning as he was before so I pointed out some things i would like him to fix. I picked out a color based off the swatches & I didn’t like it and asked to switch after he painted the 1st nail. He proceeded to go off on me telling me he was mad that I changed my mind went on and on. I was in shock that this is how he talks to customers and for what i paid for a fill you better believe in going to make sure I’m getting what I want. Horrible experience and I’ll never go back. Not to mention it isn’t the cleanest place either."

"Finally, I found my go-to nail salon! Betty was my nail tech. I was so worried because this was the third shop I went to in less than a month. From broken nails, to too rounded of a shape, to peeling polish, to swollen fingers, no one was able to get it right. But for the first time in somebody's chair, Betty listened to me. I even developed an understanding of the shape of nails I wanted (stiletto). She even told a "girl joke" that was so funny. Tears were coming out of my eyes. She was very personable. The staff was really nice too. My wait time was maybe 30 minutes at the most. I initially went to see two other nails techs here (Mei and Trans) mentioned in another review by another person but ended up in Betty's chair. I am so glad fate put me in her chair. I definitely will be going back. When she finished my nails, I was ecstatic by how they looked. So pretty, so pointy, so well done! Thank you Betty! You now have a forever customer!"
