"I have never been so insulted like I did by Leeann the so call professional owner. She Literally refused to tend to a cash transaction even after I agreed on how she wanted to do my hair. I went in there with one vision and she talked me out of it and I agreed and then she refused me because she didn't have a good vibe. What are you a witch doctor that goes by vibes instead of being professional and do your job."
"If i could leave 0 stars i would. I don’t even write reviews but leann is just plain snobby & rude. I don’t understand why go in a profession where you’re going to work with people if you don’t have the patience for it. Walked out watching how rudely she talked to a lady and how impatient she was with her. Nope not going to have someone that negative into my personal space cutting my hair i’ll rather take my money somewhere i feel valued and important as a customer."
"Rude and money hungry! I’ve been coming here despite her damaging my hair a couple years ago. I went to do a perm with her and she damaged my hair only to come back a year later and I told her about how damaged my hair was. She told me that whoever did my perm did not do it correctly and actually damaged my hair when in reality she herself had did it just the year prior. The more I have come to her salon the more I realize she is just plain rude with an attitude as well as only seeking money out of you like adding steps you did not ask for that will charge you more in the end. Off to find a better hair salon I rather take my chances having someone else do my hair than continue to give money to someone who doesn’t even seem to like what they do and are just in it for the money at this point."
"Very amazed by how LeeAnn cut my hair! I have thick hair and she cut it in layers and even thinned it out in just 35 min! Also I just showed her a pic of how I wanted my haircut and she did it beautifully. 10/10 would absolutely recommend"
