"DO NOT LET THEM SCAM YOU!! I reserved on expedia, when I got to the place they asked me what the price was, first red flag. I told them, and they took my ID and card and charged me for 2 nights with no receipt and nothing for me to sign. The lady at the desk was being creepy and asked how old I was and told me “good luck” when giving me the room key. This should have been the sign to get the money back and leave, but I went into the room. I did a quick 10 min sweep of the room before realizing it was disgustingly inhabitable. No hot water, the sink REEKED, there were spiders in the bathroom, graffiti all over the walls in sharpie, and there was literally no bedsheet under the covers. I immediately went to the desk and told them I was not staying here and needed a refund, and was informed that they wouldn’t give me one. Well, I didn’t sign anything from these scammers so best believe my bank got the money back in full for me. Oh and the icing on the cake is that the next day, I called 3 times requesting to speak to the manager and they kept giving me different excuses on why the manager couldn’t come to the phone, and hung up on me. If you stay here and they won’t give you a refund and you didn’t sign anything like me, PLEASE dispute and get your money back. This please is FAR from a legitimate business."

"Really have gotten rid of all the troubled individuals it seems like. Only issue we have had is the one younger guy who works the morning and midday shift. He is not only unprofessionÿal and very rude. His code of ethics and love for trying to overcharge customers I assume to put in his pocket is beyond ridicuúrough a third-ɓñńparty website on one of our stays and it only gave me the option of "Pay Later". I knew if he was working that date we would most definitely have an issue revolving around money. Of course as expected we did. My rate was supposed to be a total of 66.45. I was ibfofnffby"

"My husband and myself had a wonderful stay! The room and bed are very comfortable. The front desk and staff were very professional and helpful with anything we needed."

"I dont care how cheap it looks. Do NOT stay here. All the sheets, towels, and curtains had stains/rips/holes. The smell is unbelievably terrible in a "non-smoking" room. Booked because it said there was breakfast, that's NOT true. Checked out at 8 am, and the lobby was still bolted shut. Booked online for 77$, but he charged my card $79. Was going to take pictures, but honestly, I just needed a quick place to rest before continuing our road trip. Would give zero stars if I could."
