"I went and got a full set mani/pedi. A friend of mine told me to check this place out. Said she got the best pedi and massage ever here. So here I am getting my pedi in which they give you options that you can choose from on what kind of pedi you would like. I got the lavender package , it’s suppose to come with a sugar scrub, massage for 10 mins, and a few other things. Long story short the woman that did my pedi was absolutely disappointing. She didnt clip my nails down, she barely filed them, didn’t buff them, there was no scrubing of the bottom of my feet I had to ask her to do these things several times. She didn’t do any of what was said to be offered in the package I requested nor did she do what is normally done while receiving a pedi. She also sat me in a massage chair that was broken and made a loud noise the entire time, until I got so fed up I turned it off. Ok, on to my full set she cut my nails down too short in a hurry. Some were Crocked. When I told her she tried to brush me off about it. Until I absolutely couldn’t take it no more and I expressed to her that I wanted her to just give me fresh nails and start over because I didn’t like how she cut them so short and I did not want to pay for something I did not want. She says okay. So she proceeds to do as I requested we get to the shaping of my nails. She did a disappointing job. They weren’t shaped to where the edges are smooth. Then she proceeds to paint my nails and she’s doing them in a hurry and got a hair in one of them from the brush. It happens but I know she saw it and she kept going at it I didn’t say nothing I simply took it out myself. She proceeds to painting but she’s being greedy with the clear polish trying to make it stretch and it’s causing there to be air bubbles of some sort on my nails! Then she tells me to put my hands in the dryer and she is rushing me to get them out. I knew it was a possibility that my nails were not all the way dry. So on that part my fault I should of spoke up about it. I was late for a dinner date. So I paid and left. I did tip her anyways. I didn’t tip her what I normally would but she seem so careless about it. It frustrated me how I had to keep asking her to fix this and that. After I left I looked at my nails and they had so many little bumps in the polish. The following morning I called asked for them to be fixed. A woman told me to come in. Got there and she has the same lady that did my nails the day before fix them. She starts to look at my nails then starts to buffer off my polish on a couple of fingers and leaves the rest. Now at this point I’m so over the top irritated because the quality of care she is giving was not good at all given the money I had spent there. Frustrating because people work hard for their money and then they like to pamper themselves and it’s like these days we aren’t getting what we pay for! That isn’t right ! But if you give good quality care then costumers will come back best believe and they will tip good tips ! She finished my nails and as I left my nails STILL had bumps on them just not as many as before or bubbles as I should call them. I don’t know if it was their polish, brushes or what ! But it was all just a bit frustrating and disappointing. Honestly I will say this though, they are very nice women and they don’t act ugly like most nail techs do! They offered to fix the problem. They weren’t rude about it. The environment was peaceful there. So I might just go back one more time and give them another chance ! I believe in second chances and I do believe some times us as humans just may be over worked, tired, not feeling the best, or simply not having the best day. Im human so I get it !"

"Lazy nail technicians that do not know how to file or polish nails. I had to instruct the nail tech how to file nails straight and how to apply the polish correctly. The polish is old and does not adhere to nails. It took 45 minutes for pedicure polish to dry and it was still wet so they offered me to wear the pedicure slides home. I would not recommend this salon as the experience that I received here was horrible. And they were definitely anxious for a tip, that should not have been given."

"I’ve been a customer at this location for almost a year and I’m always satisfied! I thoroughly enjoy that it’s a smaller, more quiet space. The ladies are all so nice and try their hardest to service every walk-in! I recently started seeing Kathleen for my nail designs and she has been doing an incredible job! Highly recommend this location."

"Good service! I love my nails. I got coffin and it was a extra $5 not a big deal but some of my nail shapes were a lil off. All in all I like it and plan on coming again."
