"Always will be 5 stars across the board. Moved here a few months ago to Indiana , and all of the staff is super awesome . A returning customer for a fill in (and treated myself to a pedi) . Would 100% suggest coming here ❤️ also they are super nice to my 3 year old, so kid friendly for those moms . Will continue to come here as a regular"

"I went in for a pedicure and paid for the deluxe, the most expensive one they had. The whole pedicure was just awful and was rushed. I had to instruct the woman doing it what to do the whole pedicure. She did no file my toes, did not get the hang nails, did not scrub the bottom, she did not massage my feet at all and only glided some lotion on my legs. She broke two of my nails and i had to ask her to fix them. By the time i got home, the mail she broke had already chipped off. I went back in to get it fixed and it looks worse than before. I was being rushed out and It looks like it didn’t dry fully and has an air bubble in it."

"Within 4 days of getting my gel manicure 3 of my nails chipped …. I paid 35 plus tip for a manicure I could’ve done at home. Called and they told me to come again “they will fix” within 2 hours no hard labor or messing with my nails and my nail chipped again. Either their equipment is not professional or the nail tech is not diligent and rushes to do the work… I told him to take his time and to not place the polish on the skin because it will Lift - he was rude and and shut me up. Save your money - I like Avalon nail spa"

AMAZING SERVICE. the manager, Lou, did an amazing job on my nails! i’m not sure who did my toes but he did a great job too. they both took their time and did exactly what i requested with no attitude. Lou’s staff was super friendly to me and the other customers around me. i felt very welcomed for my first time coming. i am definitely going to come back!!"
