"Went to this salon after finding a hair braider Brittany. I should have known better than to book with her again. She changes appointments at last minute knowing I'm driving from Illinois. This last time she no showed at 9am with 100 excuses, rescheduled for 4pm same day canceled at 4 pm. She requires a deposit I paid $145 for a deposit she said she would refund since she canceled twice going on 2 weeks and she won't give me my refund! She gave me partial refund and now playing dumb as if cash app or zElle isn't working! DO NOT BOOK BRITTANY!!!She is immature and high most of the time which is probably where my money went!"

"Upon first walking in I felt the energy in the shop was a little off. I asked for Tahrae and the girl acted like she didn't even want to tell me where she was. But no problem idc. I started talking to Tahrae and her energy seemed a bit off too but she was still very professional and polite. I hadn't been here since 2021 so I'm like maybe it's just different. But noooo I was completely right, the other stylist started talking about Tahrae while I was sitting right there when she stepped to the back. It made me very uncomfortable and I even considered leaving. But Tahrae came back and pretty much made light of the situation and ignored them. I truly applaud her for her perfessionalism, the environment was completely uncomfortable and catty but she maintained her composure and delivered truly fenominal service. And she takes AMAZING care of her clients hair and is so gentle. She truly prioritizes haircare and guest experience. I always make sure I tip her. 4 stars for Tahrae only"
