"It was time to pamper myself a little bit, so I wanted to try this spot out. My significant other came along as well. After walking inside, we were greeted almost instantly. I got a Manicure and Pedicure. The Manicure was 15 and the Pedicure was 22, so the prices seemed reasonable. We sat down to wait, but we were quickly prompted to get our services started. I was directed to a chair for the Pedicure first. At first, the water was very hot! The employee ended up changing the temperature. It turned pretty cold quickly. My nails were cut down, but they weren’t shaped too great. I got a clear coat on them and that turned out nice. The Pedicure felt rushed. The job got done, but it could have been done neater in my opinion. It didn’t feel relaxing to me at all. After the Pedicure, I was directed to a different area to get my Manicure. This ended up being a similar feeling as the Pedicure. I felt I was being rushed out of the place. She did alright on my nails. It was a clean place. Everything I encountered seemed sanitary and kept up with. The service was alright. We paid by card and left a tip on the same transaction. I didn’t think it was appropriate for the employee to tell us to tip cash next time. Overall, I had a good experience here for the price it was. There wasn’t anything special that stood out to me. I would hesitate to return here in the future. Date of visit: Feb 4 2024"

"Walked in here because it says ten plus years of experience and yet I feel like they’re still learning how to do nails. The pictures posted are from when I got home from leaving there. Still was kind enough to tip but I will NEVER come back. I could have done a better job with a at home kit. Owner did my nails. I paid $65 for my nails which thinking about it still upsets me."

"Ivy and her team are absolutely amazing! I am always getting compliments on my nails! She offers all the great upgrades too. Massage chairs are great and manicure includes a small Massage too! Love this place!"

"I was there early, the pedicure was ok. Suddenly many customers arrived and from there everything feel in a hurry, I just wanted the lady to change the color of my nails. She cut me twice, and the color looks like my 4y/o did it, not professional at all."

"I'm not the type to leave reviews, negative reviews at that. I felt the urge to share my experience. It was undoubtedly the worst experience at a nail salon I have ever had, no exaggeration. They say photos speaks for themselves and my photos do, but there's more. First, I made an appointment for 12:30pm. I showed up at that time only to wait outside because they had the door locked with customers inside. I had to wait for a customer to leave to enter the facility. By this time it was around 12:35pm. Upon entering a woman, who I assume was the woman a made an appointment with, greets me with "Hello." And that's it. I responded with I had an appointment at 12:30pm. She said, pick your colors. I did just that and took a seat to wait an hour and 20 minutes. My. Appointment. Was. Scheduled. For. 12:30pm. I was going in for acrylic nail removal and a manicure. I would of thought they would let my nails soak while waiting, but that definitely didn't happen until an hour and 20 in. By this time I was very irritated. Two girls had walked in about 5-10 minutes after me with the same appointment time. Would you believe they were rendered services and left out before me? Absurd, right? This woman let my nails soak for at 45 before checking on me. By that time I had already started to scrape the soft acrylic off myself. So I basically ended up taking my nails off myself. When she does begin my manicure, I showed her the two colors I wanted. Do you think I got those two colors? Absolutely, not. I got one of the colors, but I didn't say anything because I just wanted to leave. I had to reshape one of my nails myself because it was still jagged after she finished filing. Yes, she used a nail drill. And yes, she cut up my cuticles so much so they were bleeding. And still bleeding well after I left at 3:40pm. That's right I had an appointment at 12:30pm and didn't leave till 3:40pm. Notice how ashy my hands were. Oh, that's because I didn't receive an hand massage. She literally applied oil to my cuticles and said, "I'm done." I. Will. Never. Set. Foot. In. This. Establishment. Ever. Again. Ps. I did receive $5 off. So I paid $30 to scrape my own nails off, sloppy nail polish application with an unrequested color, and to have my cuticles shredded to hell."
