"Pro Nails used to be the place to go for nails. I’m not sure what happened to them but I will no longer be going to Pro Nails I said for 3 1/2 hours patiently waited for them to start on my nails. I was very understanding they were busy, so I waited. My nails were done terribly and were not fully painted. I paid $77 for a very rushed job and when I asked for them to fix it, she told me I would have to pay. I don’t believe I should have to pay for them to fix something that they did wrong. Very disappointing experience."

"I just moved out here from down south so I came here based off reviews… I was scared that they would rush through it like most places, but boy was I wrong! The pedicure was amazing, I’m mad I didn’t get the lady’s name but she was very sweet and took her time!!! She exceeded my expectations, and the price was VERY reasonable. Definitely will be back!"

"I cannot say enough how great my experience at Pro Nails was. They got me right in at my appointment time. They also didn’t rush me to get my color like other places I’ve went to do. It was very peaceful in there and they were all very nice. They use a clean file and they give it to you afterwards to keep, which a lot of places don’t do. The man that did my nails pulled out the colors to make sure they were correct. He was always making sure they were just how I wanted and he made conversation with me. I asked him one time if he could fix my nail because it looked slightly crooked, and he was so kind and made sure that it was fixed. After he got done painting them, he asked if they looked good and if I wanted any more coats. I wish I would’ve got his name, he was great and so kind. I didn’t feel stressed to ask a question or worry if he was going to be mad like I have before at another place in Terre Haute. 10/10. Will recommend this place everytime! Also, much cheaper than most places. Best quality in Terre Haute all around with customer service, atmosphere, and nails."
