"They are not willing to work with loyal customers and they are thieves. This is literally the only beauty supply and location I shop at and I needed to exchange hair for a different brand; same style, at the same price but I no longer had the receipt and they were not willing to work with me. Ok fine, store policy, but to make matters worse, I asked to leave my bag of hair that I was trying to exchange with them at the front to go back and get the right brand of hair I needed and they stole a pack of hair out of my bag. I can understand not giving me the exchange, I expected that. Unfortunately, because of the stealing, I would no longer shop at this location and no longer be recommending this location. I will inform my braider about this as well because she recommends this location to her customers."

"I went there to get crochet hair for my daughter. I bought the wrong length. I tried to take it back, w my receipt and package unopened, a few hours later, on the same day, and they refused to let me bring it back. They insisted on giving me in store credit. I will never shop here again!!!!! They have a disclaimer on their receipts but It's was just a hour or so later. Like I said. Never again!!"
