"I'm very seriously thinking about bringing legal matters to this establishment. I went there w/ only 1 issue (catalytic converter). I had my own catalytic converters, brand new-still in the box, which they agreed to put on for me. The guy (Edgar) put my Jeep on the machine and explained to me that I also a misfiring cylinder, and that it wouldn't make much sense to get the converters put on w/out getting the misfiring cylinder fixed. I paid close to $1300 for both issues and a tune-up. My car is having the exact same issues as b-4. The negative effects NEVER went away. I took it back w/in a 4-5 days, and explained that nothing has changed w/ my car. And on top of that, they're saying that I'm going to need a new engine. I proposed that they still handle what I paid them to do or give me some of my money back. They refused. So not only did they not fix my car, but they've caused another major problem."
