"Service was the worst I ever experienced. didn't have chicken really and had to make mashed potatoes. Manager was very rude,highly recommend to find a better selection to eat. Really sad, I've ate here for 40 years."
"We arrived 25 minutes after they opened. There was no one at the front counter to take out order. I waited a few minutes before I said HELLO! A couple of minutes later someone finally strolled up to take our order. This gentleman was unfriendly and borderline rude. It then took then 20 minutes to give us our food.... the food was cold, the nuggets were extremely small, the potpie was undercooked and very little filling."
"Poor and unsupportive management leaves this place way understaffed, even as few as one employee working drive through, kitchen, and dining room during dinner time. We waited about 15 minutes to have our order taken then and additional 30 before pulling away to go somewhere else. NOT staffs fault. They were doing the best they could. Saw several patrons leave after waiting a while."
"Ordered online so it would be ready when I passed through town. Showed up a few minutes later than when it was supposed to be ready and when I arrived they told me there was still 20 minutes left until it was ready. I could understand if they were busy, but how does it take an hour for a chicken restaurant to have 12 pieces ready."
