Buffalo Wild Wings

"We enjoy coming here. However this afternoon was extremely poor service. Waitress took out order and never returned to our table. Food runner brought order that was incorrect and we asked for it to be corrected. When returning he tossed the tray onto the table and walked away while I was trying to address his attitude. Had to summons the waitress to get my bill which was then brought to the table by someone else. She was very respectful. Not very happy at all but did not want to cause a scene in front of my grandson so I will be contacting the manager as soon as she is available."

"Buffalo wild wings is a place we enjoy going as a family. Tonight I was very disappointed. I have ordered a buffalo chicken salad. Online shows you can get it grilled. I ordered it grilled. It came out with 2, yes 2, tiny, very thin pieces of grilled chicken. I'm not even exaggerating, this was 1/4 of a chicken breast and likely had been cut/filet. It was so thin. When you order it crispy you get two to three pieces of chicken tenders. I had looked at the menu at the caesar salad that had grilled chicken and it had an entire breast, sliced and thick. So that's what I thought I would be getting for the buffalo one. It was $15 for basically a side salad. I know this because my husband ordered a side salad with his burger. I ate the salad though. Maybe I should have sent it back I don't know. I just know we won't be dining there anymore after this. Our waitress was kind and it has nothing to do with her service. The manager came to clear a few items and asked how everything was, I said it was alright. As I said we won't be dining there anymore. I'm just in disbelief the cook would send this out. Now the bathrooms. I wasn't aware Valpo had hard water. You would think they did by the ring in every single toilet where the water sits. The backs of the toilets are also dirty. Nobody is cleaning these. Judging by the lack of guests this evening for dinner I'm going to assume everyone else has noticed this place go downhill."

"I've came there a couple times and one of the waitresses names was Brielle and she honestly did an amazing job, she was very understanding and patient. The environment was also really clean. I will definitely be coming back!"

"All around a great place… Great food, awesome service, and it was pretty clean! Brielle was very attentive, and made sure we had a great experience. She even gave some great suggestions on some excellent drinks. Will most definitely be back!!"

"Breezy was our server. We had such a fun lunch. She was so down to earth, funny and always made sure we were taken care of. Food came out fast and hot. Restaurant was clean. Will definitely be back again!"
