"Do your homework before using this company. They will not deliver your uniforms on time and will leave you short. We have called several times to try to talk to management and they have shown no effort in rectify the situation. Numerous people from my company have canceled there accounts. Uni First don't even care about that either. Very Very poor quality on customer service. Would not recommend this company....it's been 5 months since I posted this review and company has not fixed problems ..... do not use them"

"Unifirst has the worst customer service I have ever dealt with. It will take you a month or more when you order uniforms or turn in any garment for repairs. It is absolutely ridiculous. There is no reason it should take that long. Go to Plymate. They will have your garment back to you in two weeks or less."

Our driver Marcus is awesome! He is courteous, personable and always makes sure we are satisfied before he leaves each week. Thanks for providing us with 5 star service. We appreciate you guys."
