"This has been the worst experience ever. I took my shoes in for repair (The Shoe Fits) with a repair completion date of 2/21/24. I arrived on 2/21 during business hours to pick up my shoes yet to find a sign on the door saying "We will reopen in two days". Since 2/21 I have left over three voices mail messages with no return call. At this point, I do not feel it would be an unreasonable request to refund the upfront $50.00 paid... due to failute to fulfill your commitment. Last, I'm requesting my shoes to be returned. (2 Pairs) Last, I really needed the shoes for a special event on Saturday February 24, 2024."

"Best of the best as far as shoe inserts for shoes. My orthopedic ankle surgeon sent them a prescription for what I needed and it made a big difference. Went back several months later for an adjustment and they took the time to get it right. They sell shoes, boots and flip flops too."
