"Worse customer service. I bought a sofa&loveseat from them and only 2 hours after I ordered, I call them to see if I can cancel my order due to something that just came up and they wouldn’t of cancel unless I paid so much money. My order wasn’t even submitted to their warehouse yet , called them only 2 hrs after I submitted an order and they wouldn’t do that . Any place with good customer service u can cancel your order 24 hours or 48 hours before item leave the warehouse but not this place. I wanted to buy so much more from their store but just for that reason I’m not buying anything from them any more. Now I’m stuck with $1800 sofa that everyday I looked at, it remind me of their poor customer service"
