"A place called You Break we Fix was recommended to me. What a disappointment. They wanted to charge me $300 for something that the Phone Clinic charged only $16.50 for. In a college town, I am sure that kids are getting scammed all the time. Not at the Phone Clinic! They were quick, fair, courteous and so professional. If you are in Tuscaloosa and have a need for a phone repair, this IS THE PLACE to go! If the need arises in the future, I definitely go here. Not only do they repair, they also have a bunch of accessories for sale as well! Class act all the way! Thank you"

"I have an iPhone 13 Pro Max, and today, 2/14/24, I cracked the screen while at work. Thought it would be a simple “take it in and get a new screen put on” and be out. Once I handed my phone off to the techs, they came back and said that the new screen was unresponsive and the phone was overheating badly. Which was very concerning. I didn’t catch the guys name, but he explained it to me in very easy to understand terms and said he was afraid it could be an issue with the motherboard and he wanted to run more diagnostics. Well, as they were running diagnostics they hooked some other screens up and the screen became responsive. The issue actually ended up being the sensor and cable that’s linked to the iPhone’s Face ID feature, once he replaced that, the phone now works as it should and so far doesn’t seem to be overheating. But the attention to detail and the fact the guy was willing to loan me a phone to use while they worked on mine (before they found the cause of the problem), made me feel so much better. They made a stressful and unfortunate situation not quite so bad. They genuinely felt bad that I had to wait longer than what they felt it should have taken, and only charged me for the new screen replacement, and not for the sensor. Again, the attention to detail and just the whole process of elimination and overall diagnostics that they performed on my phone to get to the root of the problem, and how dead set they were on not letting me leave there without being at least a little satisfied goes a long way with me. Especially in today’s world when it’s hard to trust many people, because let’s be honest, a person is GLUED to their phone and if you’re like me, you NEED your phone to work. The guy that assisted me and the lady DEFINITELY knew their stuff, have EXCELLENT customer service skills, and I highly recommend these people for anyone who may (unfortunately) need a phone or computer repaired. Hopefully I won’t have to go back in for any more repairs in the future but if I do, I’m definitely going to these guys without a second thought. Just want to tell the employees thank you so much for going the extra mile!"
