"This was one of the worst store experiences I have ever had. I was told I was aloud to return or exchange an item from an employee since I was buying for a costume and I was unsure if it would work. She said I could return or exchange them if I came in before 5pm to work with the manager and if there was no signs of wear. I worked with Lisa the store manager. She was extremely dismissive and rude. I began to explain what happened and she cut me off and said “ the rest of the story doesn’t matter you can’t get your money back.” I asked her to please stop speaking over me and she continued to interrupt. Then she had the audacity to say “ who buys shoes and doesn’t wear them?” I explained a lot of people do. I am waiting for a call back from corporate I have never felt more dismissed and disrespected from a PAID employee at a store. She doesn’t belong in customer service. She was unkind from the start. I would give this place 0 stars if I could. I will update when corporate reaches back out to me."

"My wife and I love this place but it's a private thing. We come here for many things to spice our private life. The outfits are something that makes the wife look sexy and she loves the way the outfits look on her."

"I like visiting this shop. The staff is always pleasant. I went there to find pasties to cover my chest recently. The selection was not huge across the store, but I was able to find something that matched my outfit. I will definitely come back to it!"
