Circle K

"It saddens me... Greatly to say that I've had to stop shopping at this location of Circle K. At one time or the other over the past 16 years, I could say that I know and love every person working there. However, things have turned dark on that corner.. I have witnessed first hand a strong prejudice towards "residentally challenged" folks. Yes sir! You heard me right. Everyone here is racist (not the correct word) against homeless (homelessness is not a race) people. Over the years, I've watched and watched... Lord-ee-bee!!. How is this place still open when that short "healthy eating" lady [this term used loosely] has trespassed almost every single customer?? I'm to understand that she's a cashier, not even in a leadership role. The kicker here.... There's no legal ground for these decisions of hers. Someone might have spilled a lil at the Polar Pop fountain. Someone might have dropped a donut. (Everyone involved is human, and we all make mistakes) I've not seen anyone shoplift, but that's the magic wand... "Suspicious" behavior that could be shoplifting. That's how they word it. One night around 1 am, I could not decide on a munchie... I realized that I had made the laps 2-3 times on each aisle. I quickly made my decision. Paid. And to ease both my mind and the gentleman working. I voluntarily emptied all pockets and simple said "I'm not stealing anything at all... However, I know you've been watching and I want to leave with a clear record as to why I can't make up my mind when I'm starving. Homeless does not equal criminal. #LearnThisCircleK I sure do miss the smiling faces from a few years ago. And how can they stay in business when they never order product or even prep what they do have?? It was 8 months after remodel before they ever cooked a pizza. Watch the "permanently closed" restrooms... You'll see who they selectively allow in and who they don't."

"Not a good shopping experience. They tried to charge me for ice even though I brought in my own cup. I showed the cups when I came in and they said nothing then accused me of trying to steal ice when I went to leave. Failure to communicate that they are different from all other circle k and then accuse your customers of stealing is unacceptable."

"Warning ! I have purchased bad gas there twice in the past year. Gas with a high water content - both times it was the regular gas. I put it in my Ford F150 truck and was able to drive about 20 miles before my truck sputtered to a stop. Towing cost me $95 and repair will be even more. WARNING - GAS HERE MAY CONTAIN WATER . ."

"Every time I go to the Circle K at night, I have to deal with the rudest cashiers. Tonight I drive up to the building, but there are a few people standing outside, and the inside is empty. So I ask if the store is open, and the cashier (who is standing outside listening to music) rudely tells me that they’re open 24 hours. If that’s the case, then go INSIDE and do your job. I hate having to go there, and I hate having to deal with people who clearly hate their job."
