"We purchased A Samsung washer and dryer in September . It stopped working in November, we have gotten the run around for the past 5 weeks. We have taken off work to meet the service people 3 times ,and they have stood us up all 3 times. When we call we are placed von hold for long periods of time ( once for an hour), only to be directed to someone else or another 3rd party that does the exact same thing. We have been without à dryer for 5 week, after paying 400 for a useless service contract , I will never purchase from this unprofessional company again, the best thing I can say about this company is that they have the right name CONN"S , because what has happen to us is criminal . be aware of them."

"I am went in to purchase a Nintendo switch for my younger brother and sister just because I went in to say hi to coworkers before hand and came in a second time I was told by the supervisor if I have any friends creaming really hurt my feelings and was bad costumer service went on a personal level it shouldn’t of gone in the first place I even skipped the line in order for the count to stay down and look good for store ratings as a customer"
