"Usually love this location- I live in Homewood and bypass that location just to come here. Today was by far the worst experience. 1st I had to ask the lady to change her gloves after touching her phone then trying to prepare my food. Then upon reaching the register the cashier was on HIS PERSONAL cell phone the entire time, never spoke or addressed me. Due to the unprofessionalism I left and hope to return once this crew tightens up. Maybe more training! Thanks"
"For the price of the food and atmosphere you'd expect a lot more. Sadly the food is about the same mediocre quality as Chipotle. Too often these days these corporations just cut corners on quality to make more money."

"I am beyond frustrated with this place! We were once fans, drawn in by the decently healthy options, but the current state of management has turned the experience into an absolute debacle. I won't even bore you with the specifics—just peek at the timestamp on my online order receipt. My food was guaranteed for 11:00 AM. And when do you think they finally decided to print the order to start making it? 11:11. And don't even get me started on the crowd—there wasn't a soul in line! Completely unacceptable! If your time means anything to you, avoid this place like the plague. The lack of basic respect for customers' schedules is appalling!"
