"This is for Clarissa I’m not sure if it’s poor training or the color of my skin that has you lost for words. In customer service we greet All customers. This is our second encounter and both times not even a smile or hello while ringing up my items . But what has me perplexed is how you asked me to grab my own receipts today twice( you didn’t ask the lady in front of me to grab her receipts, but then again we are two different shades), correct me if I’m wrong but that’s your job to hand it to me with an exit thank you for shopping or come again. The first time I let it slide but a second time unacceptable. So hopefully the next time you see me (you know who i’am) you will greet as you as you should.This is not a poor review on the store just this employee. Clarissa now you have a good day!"
