"First of all, many brands should be aware that their products are being sold in a place where many things are wrong. The employees in this store are very rude, creating an impression of being FBI agents with the headphones they wear and looking at everyone suspiciously, as if constantly tracking customers like thieves. Since most of the employees are African American and immigrants, they harass those who are not like them with their eyes. I have witnessed this situation many times personally and I never make judgments without cause. The employees are very, very rude, incredibly extreme situations occur. Please do not enter, be careful ‼️"

"Horrible customer service and the staff was completely inappropriate. Works were on their self phones. We had to ask for help several times. We waited at the counter to be checked out at least 7 minutes before a manager told the girl to check us out. The lady who was checking us out made a PHONE CALL and talked to this person the entire time. The shift leader was also texting and never said anything. Maybe train the staff to not be on their phones while working? And attend to customers?"

"When we arrived, everyone greeted us and asked if we were looking for anything in particular, we said just looking. While looking multiple people asked if we needed a size check for our kids and if we wanted to try anything on. Upon leaving associates thanked us for coming in. Very attentive."
