Sleep Number

"Sleep number has the worst customer service. I bought sheets for(at a discount) 200 plus dollars. Ripping after a year. I called to replace, but because my warranty had expired by a month, sorry we can't help you. Walmart sheets last longer than sleep number and to expect that after a yr I should be paying hundreds of dollars to replace cheaply made sheets is just tragic. Very unfair price point as well knowing people have to come to you to get sheets. Just sad. Won't be getting another sleep number that's for sure. Never had these problems with my tempurpedic or Simmons black beauty rest."

Just so you know... if Jeff had any interest in becoming a leader in the restaurant biz or preschool biz, I'd do everything in my power to steal him away from sleep number. While in the store in Hoover to pick up air hose caps for testing, it occurred to me that my little sister, recently diagnosed with a recurrence of cervical cancer, would really benefit from a sleep number bed. Josh made it almost impossible for me NOT to buy one! Sleep number is the only bed we'll ever use, but Josh Foxworth should be working as a trainer for every front-facing staff member at the company!"
