"If I could give them 10 stars I absolutely would! My friend hit a pot hole that almost transported us straight to China. Tire was screwed and the rim bent. She called Belle Tire on 86th when they had 10 minutes before they closed... They told her to come on in. The customer service was amazing and they were able to bend her steel rim back to near perfection without much of a wait. I would absolutely recommend anyone in the area to go here for all of their tire needs. Thank you for saving the day!"

"Maked an appt online on Thursday for four Goodyear tires along with a wheel alignment. The tires stated they were available for that date and time of 7pm. They called me an hour after making the appt to tell me they don’t have them and offered a different one that was comparable. I need my car so I agreed. After they did the work I drove home with car veering off to the left and/or right. I called them on Saturday explained the issue and paid for a warranty. They said no problem made an appt for Saturday at one. Get here they start talking to me like they make the correct adjustments. Talking about we can’t take another car down to hurry and fix mines. Mind you I never said take anything down. I said I didn’t get the service I requested. Lesson learned will be the last time I spend over a thousand dollars for all new tires and wheel alignment then get treated with poor service."

"Went to this store at 8am on a Monday for a tire repair...no appts! Third in line, at 10:30 my car still sitting. I was told it would be taken care of...30 minutes later sill sitting. They tried to give me the wrong set of keys. Unprofessional, excessive wait time and dishonest. I would avoid, terrible service and worthless customer service. No follow by Belle only a worthless survey. Belle like most organizations lack ethics, morals and honesty!"

"I’ve come here twice to get my tires looked at. Both times I was turned away. I try to schedule an appointment but apparently you can’t schedule an appointment when you have a nail in your tire. Have you ever though I might need it replaced??? So I get there 3 hours before close just to be told they don’t have the time to look at it. This place makes no sense. The only thing good about it is the free air."

"Did a good job with the balance... Two chips in the left front wheel that are from them mounting it on the balance machine though. The wheels were new in the box and only opened to inspect so we know for certain that's where they came from . Also put the front of the car on the curb when they parked it after. Scuffed the wife's hearts. They should back them in. Kind of annoying."
