"I shop @ goodwill all over the state, except this one. I can’t use my phone number for points without getting hassled about it. Every. Freaking. Time. And the employees do NOT understand the new rewards system, so when you try to explain WHY you want to use your rewards card, they are snotty and mumble about it not doing anything. This is the day crew, I’m never there past 2pm."

"Really happy that the clothes were sorted by size and clearly marked. I was surprised to see the amount of damaged clothes on the racks for sale. Many of the shirts were heavily stained, torn, and generally just old. The associate was mad at me for using the restroom stating it was closed. There were no closed signs and other customers were also going in and out. My purchase at this location was a jacket and a pair of pants."
"If I could give this store on 96 street in fishers a zero, I would. The cashiers are very rude, they do not ask for your rewards number. I don’t know why the manager is not training these employees correctly, but whomever they are they need to be fired. Every time I try to use my rewards, the cashier argues with me about the rules."
"This Goodwill is smaller than most, however, some good deals can still be found here. Very hard working staff, keeps this place looking good."
