Reviews
"Awful. Bought some pans . The burnt right thur. They would not return them. They don't care about the customer. Said it didnt have anything to do with them."
"This currently (May 2023) looks like a model example of how a Family Dollar should be run, e.g., clean, with shelves densely and neatly stocked, and without stocking carts blocking aisles everywhere. Seemingly the cheapest place to buy goods around 71st and Michigan, generally (other than groceries at Save-a-Lot). Sells lower-end versions of most household basic "necessities" (everything from hygiene and laundry supplies and OTC medicine, to bathroom tissue and paper towels, to kitchenware and plastic containers); and surprisingly nice at selling a variety of inexpensive food, including refrigerated items."
"Yes a good visit, store clean, helping customer service. Hot what I needed."
"The store could use a little excitement like being greeted. Organization would help along with some music playing. Just small improvements needed. The store has definitely improved and is more organized and the new staff is much nicer and more proactive"
"Tall black chick (im black, its ok) had a attitude. Nicely asked if I could use the only empty cart in the building which was sitting in the corner. She replied but not loud enough for me to hear her. Also gave me a look as if my question ruined her entire day. I asked again and she replied no. I shrugged it off as some weird store rule. Shopped for my items building a little fort next to the register. When I was done the lady in front was utilizing the same cart. I asked why I was not allowed. Recieved nothing but more attitude. Im too blessed to go back and forth, but some people shouldn't work customer service positions."
