"Terrible experience. We purchased a range rover for my wife, and soon as we got on the interstate we noticed the windshield was cracked and the passenger door doesn't close all the way. it sounds like the window is rolled down. TERRIBLE BUYING EXPERIENCE. They will not fix the windshield that was broken in transportation and we have to pay out of pocket for cheap silver rock repair insurance to fix the door. So we will be without the new vehicle for who knows how long and it will be out of the 7 day return window. So probably be stuck with a lemon range rover that has wind noise so loud you cant talk over it. Shop Local! Very unhappy with this entire experience."

"First place I checked when my car broke down and they made it really easy to purchase just know that you'll be paying over 10k over the display price and long as your credit is good you won't have to pay a down. I'm still paying more than I need too but I kinda wish I had checked other places b4 I committed. The car wasn't on as nice a condition as I was expecting either, it's not messed up, but it's not how they exactly described. Maybe it was just my draw?... I'll be refinancing in a few months to bring my payments down. Driver that dropped my car off was beyond professional and knowledgeable about her job, kudos to her. Y'all stay safe out there peeps"

"She bought a ten year old BMW yesterday. The car is great. Clean, shiney, very nice all around. Sales rep, Latonya or Latoya, was GREAT. She was very personable and friendly. She made my wife, very comfortable the transaction. We had a couple of issues with the online document requirements, including proof of insurance card, not having her middle name. Not a legal requirement, but they require it. Carvana saved us about $800 in dealership and document fees. There were no fees at Carvana. Just the sale price and sales tax. A true no-pressure, no-hagle deal. Except for one case of a lost signed contract (online) and the proof of insurance card, this was a great car-buying experience. We will definitely buy from Carvana again."
