"This GameStop is alright. Very small, especially considering it's embedded into the side of a (frankly amazing!) Party City. The stock is nothing special, but their Transformers stock is particularly rough. It's also a little insulting that their Funko Pop! stock is so large as well! Not really a big deal to me, but the irony is at least amusing. Not the best GameStop ever, but... it's alright."

"Clean location, and a variety of products to see. But the customer service overall is terrible. I am currently in a campaign to regain lost powerup points. If it were simply an issue of 1000 or so points is one thing. But I have lost over 350,000 points from an account i had been building since early college nearly 10 years ago and being told that simply well we know we didn't email you to tell you about your account expiring but it did and all those points are now gone. But if you want to renew feel welcome to but you will start at 0 points. Gamestop truly does the bare minimum these days and it is easy to see why they have to keep restructuring every other year. I have been coming to this location for years but now one would be better off shopping at Amazon or Walmart as at least their CS tries to make things right."
