"Very comfortable the food was great at The Sage Bar & Grille ; the chef / staff were great ! Can't wait to enjoy The Yellow Hammer Omelet and the divine Open - Face Brisket Biscuit topped with Egg / Holendaise sauce , so good !"
"For only $300 a night, you get a time trip back to the early 1990s. Nothing has been updated since then. Complimentary nothing so bring your wallet. This place needs a major update to justify the exorbant expense. A cup of coffee would have been nice."
""Where do I even begin with this nightmare of a hotel? My stay here was an absolute disaster from start to finish. First off, upon arrival, the lobby looked like it hadn't been cleaned since the Stone Age. Dust bunnies the size of tumbleweeds rolled past me as I checked in, and the receptionist seemed more interested in her manicure than assisting guests. Once I finally made it to my room, I was greeted by a stench so foul it could knock out a rhinoceros. The carpet was so sticky, I felt like I needed to peel my shoes off with every step. And don't even get me started on the bed—I've slept on more comfortable piles of rocks. The bathroom was a horror show straight out of a B-movie. Mold crept up the walls like some kind of mutant fungus, and the shower curtain looked like it had survived a zombie apocalypse. To add insult to injury, the water pressure was about as strong as a dribble from a leaky faucet. But wait, it gets better! Or should I say worse? The noise level in this place was off the charts. It was like trying to sleep in the middle of a construction site during a rock concert. Apparently, the hotel has a policy of hosting all-night rave parties in the hallway, complete with screaming children and barking dogs. And just when I thought things couldn't possibly get any worse, I made the mistake of trying the "complimentary" breakfast. Let's just say I've had better food in a prison cafeteria. The eggs were rubbery, the toast was burnt to a crisp, and the coffee tasted like it had been brewed with sewage water. Overall, I wouldn't wish a stay at this hotel on my worst enemy. Do yourself a favor and steer clear unless you have a masochistic desire to experience the seventh circle of hotel hell.""
"This was a rougher day than most so I’m not gonna give them a two star review like they deserve, but that’s only because we’ve stayed before and I know it can be better. We probably won’t be back for a while since we can stay downtown at the Jefferson, so hopefully by the time we choose to come back, the hotel doesn’t smell so bad. There will actually be room service, and the bad smells aren’t covered up with perfumes. They give you an instant headache."
"My issue as much as I paid for my room I expect housekeeping and free water. The rooms are aesthetically appealing but my bathroom was not clean like sanitized. Housekeeping didn't come so we had to call and get towels. The parking is free if you don't mind walking otherwise valet. Next time I'll stay at Element next door, and I'm sure a better experience for cheaper. Huge disappointment. This was my birthday trip. .ugh"
