"Brought my rig into this goodyear dealer. Dealt with Ryan at the front desk. He was not very sympathetic to my concerns. In fact he blamed me for my tire problem without finding out what the issue may have been . The guys in the shop found 2 issues with my goodyear tire, that was not my fault. Ryan was rude, was not customer friendly . Ryan was even short with other customers over the phone. He needs to get help with interpersonal relationships. He was all a "company man" . The customer should come first or at least Ryan should act like the customer comes first. Ryan needs to say please and thank you too."
