"This was my first time at this location. Overall, I’m very satisfied, but I used a Groupon and the attendant that was trying to put it in the computer didn’t know what he was doing. He had my phone for the entire time that I was there, trying to input the Groupon number. Not a huge deal, but I got a little bit nervous for a bit."

"Jiffy Lube has been my go to for oil changes but I've noticed a couple times that the oil level was lower than it should be right after having it changed and had to top it off. The last oil change I had done here and it was fast which is always appreciated but not even 4 weeks later my battery was dead. I'm not surprised because it's a 6 year old battery but if they tested the battery, I would think the fact that it was low on juice would have shown up. A little heads up would have been nice, and then I would have gotten it replaced then, instead of being stranded yesterday when it wouldn't start."
